Veer Prakash debated at Durham Academy for four years and served as the JV Trainer as a senior. He has been ranked as high as second in the country, accumulating 11 gold bids to the TOC and qualifying for the tournament three times. In his senior year, Veer won Yale, Princeton, Duke, and the King Round Robin while semifinaling TOC. Locally, he is also a two time state champion. He coached at NOVA Debate Camp last year and is coaching at the Institute for Speech and Debate this summer. Veer is excited to be part of the NSD team and can't wait to meet everyone!
