David Wu has debated since the 5th grade. While debating circuit PF for most of his career he has recently swapped to LD, bidding to the ToC at his first tournament, Columbia. He has also reached elimination rounds at Stanford and the Digital Series. He enjoys reading identity politics and high theory positions, specifically Baudrillard. While fascinated with the complexity of circuit debate his experience in PF has greatly helped him with traditional debate. He was the alternate for New York’s NCFL Grands Qualifiers and automatically qualified for his State Championship. He is really excited to talk about his experience running kritikal Asian identity positions.
