Oliver Lin debated at St. John's School in Houston, Texas. He collected 4 gold bids in his career and qualified to the Tournament of Champions in sophomore and junior year. Since sophomore year, Oliver has maintained a perfect break record, reaching octofinals at Bellaire and Grapevine as well as quarterfinals at ASU. He expanded the Public Forum program at his school fivefold and helped organize Maverick Debate, a premier debate camp hosted by the St. John's debate community. Oliver has competed in Public Forum and Worlds Schools Debate and primarily debates substance through a narrative perspective.
