Aarthi competed in PF for six years, four of which were at American High School in California. Throughout her career, she amassed 9 bids to the Tournament of Champions (TOC) and advanced to elimination rounds in several varsity tournaments. She also championed two of the TOC Digital Series in Varsity PF. Furthermore, she was the first competitor in her school's history to qualify to and attend TOC and the California State Championships. For three years, Aarthi has coached her high school novices and promising local middle school debaters and has led to competitive success, including 10 breaks at tournaments in just one year. She particularly enjoys structural violence argumentation as well as lay debates.
