Maya Sachs debated for St. Paul Academy and Summit School, serving as captain her senior year. She also competed under St. Paul Independent. Maya reached quarterfinals of Golden Desert at UNLV, quarterfinals of the MN Varsity State Tournament, Co-Championed the Lakeland Westchester Classic, and has qualified to the Gold Tournament of Champions and NSDA nationals. In addition, she has received speaker awards at several tournaments where she reached out rounds, including Harvard and TOC Digital Series. Last summer she ran her high school’s debate camp, and she looks forward to teaching both technical and traditional debate this summer!
