He, Him, His
Kumail is a recent Georgetown University graduate, where he competed for one year on the policy debate team. He was an NDT octofinalist and 11th speaker, a semifinalist at ADA, and a quarterfinalist at CEDA. In high school, Kumail debated Lincoln-Douglas for Oak Hall, where he was a TOC quarterfinalist and 3rd speaker his junior year. He also won the Greenhill Fall Classic, Berkeley Invitational, Harvard-Westlake, and Blue Key, while earning multiple deep elimination-round finishes and top speaker awards. Kumail specializes in kritikal and policy arguments and especially enjoys creatively blending the two. He has coached LD debaters across kritikal performance, policy, and phil, and this past year coached Georgetown University to the NDT semifinals and CEDA octofinals.
