Lydia (she/her) is a senior at Carleton College studying statistics and public policy, with experience in data-driven policy research and communications for social advocacy organizations. She has worked on political data research for TakeAction Minnesota, public health–focused social marketing at DKT International, and currently leads marketing initiatives for the Center for the Study and Prevention of Gender-Based Violence at the University of Delaware. Most recently, she interned at Civic Consulting Alliance, a social impact consulting firm in Chicago, focusing on marketing and website optimization. Previously, she served as Outreach and Operations Manager at Civic Debate Academy and led marketing initiatives for the National Debate Club. She is excited to work with NSD!
