The second affirmative rebuttal is utilized to rebuild the affirmative and focus on the key arguments in the round.
The second affirmative rebuttal is three minutes long and is the final speech of the debate round. Teams will generate a narrative and focus on a couple key arguments they believe will help them win the round.
