Quinn McKenzie

Quinn McKenzie's headshot

Quinn is an educator and debate coach with seven years of experience as a classroom teacher, Director of Debate, Assistant Director of Forensics, and Director of Forensics at universities and secondary schools. He holds a B.A. in Political Science, History, and German Literature from Butler University and an M.A. in Communication Studies from Marshall University. As a coach, Quinn focuses primarily on Extemporaneous Speaking, Lincoln-Douglas Debate, and Public Forum Debate. His students have achieved elimination-round success at major tournaments including Florida Blue Key, Yale, Sunvite, the University of Texas, the Tournament of Champions, and the NSDA National Tournament. His coaching accomplishments include Top Speaker awards at the TOC and helping coach an NSDA National Champion in Extemporaneous Commentary.
