Nicole debates at Ransom Everglades High School in Miami, Florida. Thus far, she has qualified to NSDA Nationals twice and accumulated 5 gold bids. This year, Nicole and her partner Ceci were the first female team in the country to qualify to TOC! Nicole has also reached deep outrounds at both the local and national level. Locally, she semifinaled the Tradition and the Nova Titan invitational, quarterfinaled Florida States, and octofinaled the Sunvitational. Nationally, she octofinaled Yale, Durham, and Holy Cross, as well as reached outrounds at other tournaments including Bronx, Glenbrooks, and Blue Key. Individually, Nicole has received top-10 speaker awards at Holy Cross and Durham. Outside of competing, Nicole coaches middle and high schoolers. Her students have had tremendous success. For instance, they won the Georgetown Invitational and finaled Novice States. Nicole is super excited to return to Delta this summer! She improved significantly after attending as a camper last year and hopes to help others do the same.
