Keerthi Chalamalasetty has competed extensively in policy debate for Coppell High School over the past four years. She was the Treasurer and Co-Captain of Policy Debate for her 300+ debate team at Coppell. Over her high school debate career, she has reached elimination rounds at Greenhill, Berkeley, Stanford, Heritage Hall, TOC Speech and Debate Series #1, UIL Cross-Examination State Conference, Colleyville, Bingham, Delores Taylor Arthur, and the South Central Great Communicator Debate Series. Most notably, she was awarded the Golden Gavel award at the UIL Cross-examination State Conference by receiving perfect speaker points in all preliminary rounds. She has previously worked with many students at the Coppell Debate Academy and taught at the Mean Green Comet Debate Institutes this summer in various debate events. She is very excited to teach at NSD this summer!
