Grant Brown debated for three years at Millard North High School in Omaha, Nebraska graduating in 2017. During his career he was in elimination rounds of the NSDA National Tournament twice and qualified thrice to the Tournament of Champions, reaching semifinals his senior year. Grant has been an Assistant Coach at the Lake Highland Preparatory School in Orlando, Florida for four years. While there his students have closed out Valley, championed Bronx, Dowling, and the Valley Round Robin, and have reached late elimination rounds of The Tournament of Champions, Yale, Apple Valley, the Glenbrooks, Harvard, Lexington, the University of Texas, the University of Houston, Blue Key, the Sunvitational, and Strake Jesuit, acquiring a total of 30 bids to the TOC. He is currently pursuing a Master’s in Philosophy and Education at the Teachers College at Columbia University.
